One of 2015's biggest hair trends was the "Blowout". We saw many salons in our area pop up offering the top hairstyles by professional hair stylists in 20 minutes! Of course, every session comes with a fee.

Let's be honest here, ladies. We all know we can master our own blowouts if we tried! We're showing you how easy it is using our round brush and Ceramkore blow dryer. The thought of creating our own blowouts is a little daunting, we know. You should have seen our first ones.. actually, you don't! We had it in us and we know you do too!

Here are our pro tips for creating your own beautiful blowout:

1. Use a hair protector - we recommend Vidal Sasson Heat & Protect Shine Spray
2. Rough dry your hair. This means, dry it but not all the way through.
3. Start with your bottom layers and work your way up.
4. Using a medium sized brush can give you more control over volume.
5. If you're looking for more curlers on the bottom then give your round brush a twist when drying your hair.

What we used:

1. John Frieda Volumizing spray to finish
2. Ceramkore Ruby Hair Dryer

Looking for a way to style your short bangs in a hurry? We’ve all been in the same situation: It’s 5:30 pm and you have dinner reservations at 6 pm and your bangs just won’t cooperate with you!

We’ve all taken out the blow dryer with the round brush. *POUF!* Not what you had in mind unless it’s a 1970s throwback dinner?

We want you to look and feel your very best, especially when primping in a hurry! Our solution is a little more simple than the blow dryer and a lot more up to date with the hair style you want.

Using our Ceramkore flat iron on a low heat follow these 2 simple steps:

  1. Place your desired hair section into the flat iron holding it downwards and not tightly.
  2. In a quick motion, smooth down your bangs with your flat iron and give it a little flick at the ends. As if you were to curl them.

If you notice you’ve turned your one side bang into a large curl and not a small flick at the end of the hair then you’ve started too high. Smooth it out again and start over.

Pro tips:

  1. Use a dab of the John Frieda touch up crème to give your bang a sleek finish.
  2. If you're looking to refresh your hair style after a few days. We recommend the Batiste Dry Shampoo.

Tis the season to dress up, curl your hair and be merry! Want to achieve perfect big and loose curls for your holiday party? Follow our 6 easy Ceramkore steps and you’ll be curling like a pro!

1. PREPARE YOUR TOOLS

Heat up your Ceramkore curling iron and wait about 2 minutes for optimum heat. Depending on how thick your hair is, you can gauge your temperature. For thicker hair, you will want a higher temperature.

2. PREPARE YOUR HAIR

Before you curl your hair, make sure that it is dry and protected with treatment. We recommend using John Freida’s Nourishing Oil Elixer.

3. CREATE HAIR SECTIONS

You will need to separate your hair into 3 sections. The first section will be from your ears down. The second section will be from the crown of your hair to your ears. Your third section will be the crown of your head.

4. CURL YOUR HAIR

Starting in the middle of your hair, hold your Ceramkore curling iron facing upwards and turn away from your face. Hold for 5 seconds and release. Repeat the process on your next section!

 5. MOVE YOUR SECTION

Once you’ve curled one entire section, place it in a ponytail and release your second section. Repeat until you’re done.

Side pro tip:  Instead of using a ponytail to section your hair, try bobby pinning your individual curls to your head to keep a tighter curl. This will allow your hair to cool down while it is still in a curl.

 6. STYLE YOUR HAIR

Once you’ve completed your curling process, flip your hair upside down and shake your hair out. To smooth out your locks, we recommend the John Frieda Touch-up creme.

 Ceramkore Pro Tips:

  1. The tighter you want your curls, the tighter you pull your curls.
  2. Curl larger sections of your hair for loose curls.
  3. Always curl the same way around your hair.
  4. Curl away from your face.
  5. Tighter curls can also be achieved by holding the curler for longer.
